FJC East opens in Antioch: Support, hope, safety and healing is available through a single door with the opening of the Family Justice Center (FJC) in Antioch. FJC offers a welcoming one-stop center for residents affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, elder abuse and human trafficking. FJC East is the third center of its kind in Contra Costa County.
