With a commitment to these principles, the Contra Costa Employment and Human Services Department, Health Services Department and First 5 Contra Costa are co-leading efforts to establish a countywide Children’s Leadership Council (CLC) to strengthen partnerships, practices, policies, systems and investments that improve opportunities and outcomes for children and families.
