The ombudsperson is an independent and impartial person who can assist you in obtaining a resolution to conflicts or complaints related to CalWorks, Medi-Cal, CalFresh (Food Stamps), General Assistance, In-Home Supportive Services, Children’s Services and Adult Protective Services.
