Use Triggers

Additional Insured Endorsement Adds a third party (e.g., client or project owner) to your liability policy, granting them coverage under your insurance. When a contract requires another party to be covered under your policy.
Primary and Non-Contributory Endorsement Specifies that your insurance is the primary coverage and will not seek contribution from the additional insured’s policy. Required in contracts to clarify order of coverage responsibility.
Hired and Non-Owned Auto Liability Endorsement Covers liability for vehicles rented (hired) or employee-owned (non-owned) used for business purposes. When employees use personal or rented vehicles for business activities.
Professional Liability Covers claims arising from errors, omissions, or negligence in professional services or advice. When providing consulting, design, or other professional services.
Cyber Liability Covers losses from cyberattacks, data breaches, and other technology-related risks. When handling sensitive data or operating digital platforms.
Sexual Assault and Molestation (SAM) Coverage Provides liability protection for claims involving allegations of sexual misconduct. Required in industries involving minors or vulnerable populations.
Workers’ Comp Exemption Indicates that a business owner or officer is exempt from workers’ compensation coverage under state law. When an owner/officer opts out of coverage, often in small businesses.
Auto Liability Exemption Indicates that a party is not required to carry auto liability insurance under certain conditions or agreements. When a contract or regulation allows exemption from auto liability coverage.
