Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)
The ACP is a federally funded program that provides monthly credits up to $30 toward internet service bills for eligible households, as well as a one-time discount up to $100 toward the purchase of a laptop, desktop computer or tablet, with participating providers.

If you are enrolled in any of the programs listed below, you may submit a photo or copy of the following to determine eligibility for ACP.
- Medi-Cal (federally known as Medicaid), CalFresh (federally known as SNAP), CalWORKS: ACP requires you verify your current eligibility/participation in EHSD programs such as these. You can sign into BenefitsCal.com to download your Notice of Action (NOA) or simply take a photo of what we’ve mailed to you. See samples below.
- Federal Housing Assistance: Documentation such as your lease, housing assistance payment (HAP) contract, or eligibility documentation from HUD.
- SSI: Eligibility letter for Supplemental Security Income.
- NSLP/Head Start: A letter indicating current participation in the National School Lunch Program or Head Start, with your child's name, school name, and the address of where you are requesting service.
- LIHEAP: A letter confirming your eligibility for Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program.
- WIC: An eligibility letter for the Women, Infants, and Children program.
- Federal Pell Grant: Documentation from your institution’s financial aid office.
- VA Pension: Veterans pension eligibility determination letter from the Veterans Administration.
- Tribal Assistance: An eligibility letter, including TTANF, FDPIR, etc.
Below are examples of acceptable verification documents – your personal information from the county is required.

You can browse local providers’ offers, whether you already have internet service or have just been approved for ACP.
