Request For Proposal (RFP) 1216 Family and Children’s Trust

The Contra Costa County Employment and Human Services Department (EHSD), Family and Children’s Trust (FACT) Committee, announces the issuance of Request for Proposals (RFP) 1216, making available up to $600,000 for qualified community-based, non-profit organizations to deliver programs and services within Contra Costa County supporting the prevention of child abuse and/or neglect, or to serve abused and neglected children, or children at risk of abuse or neglect and to provide supportive services to their families.

Total program funding is estimated at up to $600,000 for the initial period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.  The maximum award for any one prevention or intervention services project to a single organization shall not exceed $100,000 for the twelve (12) month contract year. Funding may include county, state, and federal funds. The County has the ability to award the successful Bidder(s) a twelve (12) month contract with the possibility of two (2), twelve (12) month contract renewals and/or contract extensions based upon satisfactory performance, available funding and service need.
