Request for Proposal (RFP) 1222 Vended Meal Services

The Contra Costa County Employment and Human Services Department (EHSD), Community Services Bureau (CSB), announces the issuance of Request for Proposal (RFP) 1222 for qualified agencies to provide countywide Vended Meal Services to Contra Costa County’s early childhood education (ECE) program.

Total program funding is estimated at up to $1,491,000 for the initial period of August 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The County has the ability to award the successful Bidder(s) an eleven (11) month contract with up to four (4) optional one-year renewal contracts based upon satisfactory performance, available funding, and service need. Renewal contracts will be aligned with the County’s fiscal year of July 1 to June 30.
