Request for Proposal (RFP) #1203 Kinship Support Services Program

The Contra Costa County Employment and Human Services Department (EHSD)
Children and Family Services (CFS) Bureau is pleased to announce Request for
Proposals (RFP) 1203 for the Kinship Support Services Program. CFS is seeking
qualified community-based, non-profit organization(s) to deliver relative caregiver support
services Countywide. These services are necessary to support Contra Costa County
caregivers in successfully raising their kin and preventing the removal of children.

Program funding is for the initial period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2026. Total
program funding is estimated at up to $3,053,904 ($1,017,968 annually). Funding may
include county and state funds. The County has the ability to award the successful
Bidder(s) a 24-month contract with the possibility of a one (1) year renewal based upon
satisfactory performance, available funding, and service need.
