RFP 1200 - Differential Response Path II and After Care Services
The Contra Costa County Employment and Human Services Department (EHSD) Children and Family Services (CFS) Bureau is pleased to announce Request for Proposals (RFP) 1200 seeking three (3) qualified community-based and/or faith-based organizations with expertise and experience in providing Differential Response Path II and After Care Management services in Contra Costa County, delivered in East, West, and Central County regions.
Program funding is estimated at $1,850,000 for the period January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2025. Funding may include State funds.
The County has the ability to award the successful Bidders a twenty-four (24) month contract with the possibility of a twelve (12) month contract renewal and/or contract extension based upon satisfactory performance and available funding.
