Contra Costa County Employment and Human Services Department (EHSD), Children and Family Services (CFS) Bureau, announces a Request for Interest (RFI) #775 seeking qualified applicants for a fee based contract to provide adoption/guardianship educational liaison services in Contra Costa County.
