The North Richmond Service Integration Team (SIT) Site is relocating to 1305 Macdonald Avenue. As of December 12th, 2025, the Fred Jackson office will be closed to the public, and West County families can access our same programs and services at the Macdonald location starting Monday, December 15th, 2025. EHSD remains committed to serving the needs of the North Richmond community.
