Helping the elderly live at home longer

Given the opportunity, most seniors would choose living at home instead of a nursing facility. The Multipurpose Senior Services Program (MSSP) addresses the needs of frail, elderly individuals who can and want to live more independently but need extra support.

We help create safer, healthier at-home living environments for frail seniors. There are many resources and services available to support housing, medical and social needs. The biggest challenge is identifying and coordinating them—and that's where MSSP comes in.
