EHSD is proud to announce key achievements of the Contra Costa County CalFresh Partnership. The CalFresh Partners’ mission is to increase CalFresh enrollment (formerly Food Stamps), improve food security, and benefit the local economy by bringing in state and federal matching funds. The CalFresh Partners Group is an innovative partnership with the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano, the Family Economic Security Partnership/First 5, the Multi-Faith ACTION Coalition, the Ensuring Opportunity Campaign to End Poverty in Contra Costa County, and other community organizations.
